Cargo Par Provider Now Operating as CARGOWARD® Maritime Limited – A Division of the Seachios® Group

We are pleased to inform you that, effective October 2025, the entity previously known as Cargo Par Provider is now operating under the brand CARGOWARD® Maritime Limited.

CARGOWARD® is a division of the Seachios® Group and one of the brands of Seachios®. Its origins date back to 1981 (one year after the establishment of Seachios® in 1980), and it was formally incorporated with the Brazilian government in 1994 (CNPJ: 74.672.049/0001-27). Since then, it has operated as a specialized unit within the group, maintaining full operational integration, shared expertise, and unwavering adherence to the same quality, safety, and compliance standards that define the Seachios Group.

All services, personnel, operational processes, risk controls, and documentation remain unchanged. The change is limited to corporate identity, now presented in a clearer, more modern structure designed to facilitate faster evaluation, onboarding, and scalability for international shipowners, operators, and stakeholders.

Regional Strength and Focus of CARGOWARD® maintains a strong and well-established presence in the key ports of Brazil’s South and Southeast regions, with consolidated operations in major hubs such as Santos, Paranaguá, Rio Grande, and other critical maritime corridors. This solid foundation, built over more than three decades, ensures disciplined execution and consistent performance across the following specialized services:

• Cargo Hold Cleaning (detailed preparation for change-of-cargo, including hatch cover cleaning, bilges, tank tops, and structural areas)

• Underwater Services (controlled underwater inspection and cleaning with documented evidence)

• Ship Repair & Marine Engineering Support (selected scopes)

Expansion Plans and Synergy with Seachios® Supported by the established infrastructure of the Seachios® Group, CARGOWARD® is positioned for expansion into additional Brazilian ports and capitals, leveraging the group’s integrated logistics network and proven experience. Meanwhile, Seachios® Marine Services continues to serve as the group’s flagship and most established brand, with consolidated coverage across Latin America – including proven operations in ports throughout Brazil, Uruguay, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Panama, and other regional markets.

This clear division of roles strengthens the group overall: CARGOWARD® delivers specialized, regionally deep capabilities within Brazil, while Seachios® provides broad geographic reach and pan-Latin American expertise. Together, they ensure clients have access to comprehensive, efficient, and fully compliant solutions aligned with IMO, MARPOL, ANTAQ, and P&I Club requirements.
