Your job is to ensure smooth clearance, accurate documentation, and timely operations that keep ships, cargo, and clients moving with confidence.

Responsibilities
Coordinate vessel arrival and departure formalities with port authorities.
Prepare, check, and process shipping documentation (cargo manifests, crew lists, port clearances).
Act as the main liaison between shipowners, charterers, masters, terminals, and service providers.
Organize and supervise services such as bunkering, crew changes, repairs, and supplies.
Ensure compliance with IMO, ISPS, customs, and immigration regulations.
Provide real-time operational updates to clients and stakeholders.
Anticipate issues and resolve operational bottlenecks quickly.
Qualifications
We’re looking for detail-driven professionals with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, International Trade, Logistics, or related field.
Previous experience as a Shipping Agent, Port Operations Officer, or similar.
Strong knowledge of port regulations, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.
Fluent Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and deliver precise results.
Familiarity with shipping software and reporting tools.
